And subsequently transfer the persons who are indicted (officially!) to the mainland (continental) of the United States, and bring forth the trail as demanded by the Constitution!
And let all non-indicted men be free to go to their country of origin, or were they were kidnapped from!

It is long overdue that the concentration camp is closed, and if not closed by the authorities of the USA it will be closed by the international community and its organizations!

It is a complete disgrace for, and total humiliation of the United States of America n and its citizens to in the first place created the concentration camp on the island of Cuba, secondly to imprison there people who were kidnapped from their place of origin for reasons never been cleared, thirdly to deny these innocent people any form of justice other then illegally and unconstitutionally keep them incarcerated, and fourthly to ignore all national and international calls and demands for closure of the concentration camp!

America and all of its citizens, pro or contra maintaining the concentration camp, should be ashamed to deny people who were kidnapped (an illegal act in itself!) to a place without legal support and assistance of their choosing, and force them to remain there as prisoners!
Every American must feel deeply ashamed for allowing the continuation of this atrocity, and every American is to be held accountable and responsible for this continuation!

SHAMEFUL!

The United States of America, its People, its Administration, its Lawmakers in both Congress and Senate of the Republican as well as the Democratic Party as all other existing political parties, its Courts as well as its Federal Supreme Court are to be SHAMED, openly and publicly, were and when ever, and the United States of America should be brought before national, and international Courts of Justice, to stand trial for incarcerating, holding in effective custody individuals without any accusation of any criminal act or action!

The United States of America, and all of its legal and administrative representatives should be brought before a Court of Justice for the fact of depriving individuals who are held in captivity without accusations to be given a fair trial and the ability to defend themselves against any accusations!

The United States of America is denying individuals in their care and in their responsibility the ability to receive fair trial and justice!
Anyone who is under and in the jurisdiction of the United States of America has the constitutional right to a. be informed of the accusations against him or her, b. to be brought before a Court of Justice to defend him- or her-self against the accusations against him or her, and c. has the right to appeal any verdict and or sentence against him.

The individuals who are held on Cuba, at the GTMO base, which is American soil and American jurisdiction, without being accused of any crime and or of offense, are denied this constitutional right, and therefore the individuals referred to must be released, and given the opportunity and presented with the ability to rehabilitation, and re-instatement of their civil rights!

SHAME ON AMERICA FOR INJUSTICE!

On a remote island like Cuba it is more likely that tap-water is possibly contaminated, and considering the fact that these men are on hunger-strike, their physical well-being should be a top-priority of the authorities, if only to prevent future complaints of for instance knowingly and willingly infecting these prisoners with bacteria and or infections!

The fact that the Commander makes his coffee with the tap-water is irrelevant as he is not a prisoner, and he is able to be treated for anything when something is happening. The prisoners are not able to be getting the same treatment as the Commander, for one they can not, and will not be transferred to the main-land (the USA) to be treated for kidney failure for instance!
Ignoring his responsibility for the physical and health safety of the prisoners is signaling to me that this Commander is not interested in the well-being of the prisoners, being them either on hunger-strike or not! He is unfit to be Commander of the facility!

Were millions of Americans trust only bottled water due to the bad state of tap-water it is knowingly and willingly endangering dependent individuals, and that is a war-crime!
