I am researching Mustafa Setmarian now - and I came upon this article. I will also include a link to a ghost prisoners report, “Off The Record“. It’s a report on Ghost Prisoners. He is on it, as is Aafia Siddiqui. This man was known to be on Diego Garcia at one point, too.
