FORT DIX CASE

My name is Sulayman,Eljvir Duka.I am one of the defendants in the Fort Dix case. I and my co defendants still firmly proclaim our innocence and still strive to prove our innocence in the face of such stubborn injustice which we are tasting every single moment that we remain imprisoned. We certainly know that we are not alone in this and that we are one of many singing the same song.

I wish to proceed and make some points about what is going on in the hope that some things can become clear to the public. Our case and many others were purely politically motivated. It was not pursued in a moral, ethical code where you have law enforcement seeking to find crimes which were in progress by the criminals themselves and then law enforcement does its duty to prevent the crime. But, the Attorney General was quite honest and refused to do so under such unethical, evil motives.

After an eight-week trial, jurors deliberated for six days before returning a verdict. “The men, all Muslim immigrants (from) South Jersey or Philadelphia, face a maximum term of life in prison.”
