I would like to apologize for my long absence. I had to have to final surgery (sigmoid resection) that did not go so well. I am still having a few complications from it. For that reason have been unable to post – and I am sorry that I didn’t try to get a note to my readers sooner. Just picking up the computer was difficult.
I do plan to post more now, although it may continue to go somewhat slow for a while. Again, my apologies. I hope this finds everyone well, and I do hope I have a lot of good to post. I can tell you that all the detainees have files habeas petitions now, and that is a positive thing.
