GAZA CITY (Alresalah.ps) — Life conditions of the Palestinian prisoners, held captive in the Israeli jails, are deteriorating, the Gaza-based Minister of Detainees and Ex-detainees, Dr. Atallah Abu Sebah, warned. The Israeli practices are immoral, and degrade the human rights of the Palestinian prisoners, said the minister.
“Situations are heading towards escalation and explosion as long as the Israeli prison authorities continue its unjust, inhumane policies,” Abu Sebah said.
The Israeli practices got worst in the aftermath of the Palestinian Prisoners-Shalit swap deal, the Palestinian minister pointed out. The Israeli prison authorities adopt a racist policy, based on both, psychological torture and social isolation.
Abu Sebah called on both
, Arab and Islamic states, to intervene and save the lives of the Palestinian prisoners, held captive in the Israeli prisons. He demanded the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to boost the cause of the prisoners.
