Liberate Prisoner 650 - The Grey Lady of Bagram - Petition
Prisoner 650 is a Pakistani Muslim woman held by the American military for many years without trial in the notorious Bagram Prison in Afghanistan. Her screams have reached the ears of many ex inmates and others who have visited the prison. They all claim that the screams still haunts them. They have labelled her the Grey Lady of Bagram jail under the supervision of US military and Intelligence.
Recently Ms. Yvonne Ridley and Saghir Hussain of Cageprisoners held a press conference to draw attention to her plight and that of hundreds of individuals disappeared in Pakistan.
Let’s sign the petition and let the world know that peopleare still alive and will respond to the cries and screams of a helpless women. Let usliberate PRISONER 650

I don’t know if anyone has done any homework on the grey lady, but she certainly isn’t the desperate helpless innocent women your petition makes her out to be. I’m not saying I agree with a person being detained without trial or being tortured, but you would really help your argument by being honest about the nature of these individuals’ crimes, alleged or otherwise. Aafia Siddiqui has been the subject of numerous international terrorist investigations. I really think that in order for western societies to stay safe, we have to be willing to allow our governments to take a proactive approach to stopping terrorists in their tracks. These are a group of people who are looking for nothing less than the complete annhialation of western nations. Any group who is willing to behead a person with a serated knife for the world to witness on the internet as a warning clearly is not playing by the rules and in my estimation deserves little leniancy. I sincerely hope I have not offended anyone with these words. I’m sure I don’t know the whole story on this subject so take this with a grain of salt.
